No communication whatsoever!

After getting at order confirmation on the 25th of October 2022, I’ve not received any feedback since. I was told on Email that a representative will contact me regarding scheduling of installation and nobody contacted me at all! I’ve sent through various emails, tried speaking to the right people over the phone, and I get no response, or get told that I’m at the wrong department and get the call dropped on me. Terrible and pathetic service for a newly joined customer.
