No after sales support! Poor customer service

Absolutely no support after you are signed up. I called several times for almost a year, if you need technical support they do not answer the call. They have a live chat which is an absolute joke! I explained the assistance I require about 5 times yet almost a year later I am still not assisted. The most they will say is: "hello how can I help...... your chat has been transferred to projects team" and thats literally it! The projects team don't ever respond! A few minutes later...."chat ended"..... rather choose a reputable company with good communication. RSAWEB literally has no after sales support! Pathetic customer service
