Never use RSAWEB as an ISP. Terrible service and *********** staff

This is the worst service ever received from an ISP. The contact number is not working. I've switched over to them from 01 Mar 22 and I'm still not activated. Between them and vumatel, nobody knows whats going on and they sending the issue back and forth between each other.

They are costing me money because I have to now buy my own data in order to work from home and i'm sure RSAWEB does not care and wouldn't even consider that side of this problem. These companies are quick to get your business but they do not care about delivering a good service.

I haven't even commenced service with them and I'm already thinking about cancelling.
