NEVER EVER USE RSAWEB as a provider!!!!

Worst provider ever. Firstly they downgraded our LTE contracts without prior notification which worked out more expensive than what I was paying. Then I have a problem with my sim card and they cant do a sim swap and give me the option to get MTN only at the end of April or they can cancel my service. No one calls you, I get only emails from Kay-Lynn every second day or so. Very bad communication, very bad customer service, even they network was very bad as well. I have opted to cancel my service and find someone else and I will never recommend them to anyone at all.
