Never choose RSAWeb for a service provider, they are useless...

I can't wait for Monday to cancel my contract with RSAWeb - they are pure ******* with useless customer support service...I am their customer for more than 2 years and problems never stopped...The speed has never been as promised, I was paying for 100Mbps and receiving bearly 20-30 Mbps...Two days ago the download speed dropped to less than 1Mbps - pathetic...I spoke to 3 different agents and sent them more than 10 emails and the result is...zero!?! They asked me to do a series of tests, which is not my work, but I did the tests for them, sent them the results and they still don't have a clue where the problem is and they don't care...They are shockingly unqualified or just very smart thievs...
