MyRSAWEB portal basically useless

I've been with RSAWEB for many months now and the line quality is excellent however their web portal where I can see my account details is absolutely useless. I've reported this in the past but nothing has changed.

Please fix this as I cant manage anything regarding my line through the useless portal!!!
