Most pathetic ISP customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!
No client service or technicians to assist you at home. Hours of phone calls, no return calls. No solutions to issues. It is very very clear every person I get in contact with just runs through a computer generated TROUBLESHOOTING program. I HAVE NO INTERNET. FIBRE BOX WAS REPLACED TWICE BY FROGFOOT. But RSAWEB is *********** to configure a normal new installation. If you talk about cancelling the contract because of 0 service you are very fast to send a link for cancellation. Is this what the apparant nr 1 ISP in South Aftica does with their clients. Amazing!!!!!! Never do any business with this people
