More like the worst rated ISP in South Africa
You want to tell everyone that you are the BEST RATED ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA, yet you cannot do a simple task and get my internet up and running!! This is after the order was placed a week ago, and you only asked the Fibre Supplier to activate the line 5 days later!!
I am a new client and am ready to cancel because your service SUCKS, no one phones me back I have to play middle man between you and octotel!!!
Worst Service I have receieved!!!
