Monique de Lillie worst manager at RSAWEB. RSAWEB bullocks

Monique de Lillie - the most useless manager that any company can employ I would fire her in my call center. Monique is the reason I am leaving RSAWEB, she is blaming me the customer for not asking if there will be a cancelation fee mind you I never requested cancelation but moving of service, as a manager she says the onus is on me to ask if there will be a cancelation cost for a person asking to move address. He favorite agent Cole Alexander did not advise me of this as she says he was not in the wrong not to do so I was in the wrong for not asking. What type of bullocks customer service is that and this is after she went and listened to the call and identified her agent as wrong. RSAWEB is by the worst ISP you can go to in terms of customer service, money grabbers with sh*t manager with 0% customer service. Disgusted and still waiting for her to cancel my service. Top it all off she offered a goodwill gesture that she turned back because i want to leave....who employed this ****house
