misleading promo codes

I've been trying unsuccessfully for two months to get an answer via your email channels, maybe I will get one publically here. Could you point out where in the sign-up process it states more than one promo code cannot be app****? Additionally if this is the case, why does the sign-up process on your website allow for multiple codes to be accepted? I sent screenshots of the sign-up process clearly indicating multiple codes were accepted and the relevant values associated with each code. It is very misleading allowing promo codes to be accepted prior to signing an agreement, and then telling clients they can't have the credit once they are locked into a binmding deal.
