Long wait times and useless support
I’ve had a slow line for months. They are always “experiencing higher than usual call volumes”. When is the higher volumes the usual? When do you increase your call center capacity to reduce the long wait times!?!?!
The “support” I received was a useless email just to get me off the phone.
