LOL!

Here's the story: I ordered fibre LAST YEAR through this company. I keep contacting them and asking: WHERE IS THE SERVICE I PAID FOR? I keep getting agents tell me that it's sorted out and that it will be installed, "THEY'RE ON IT!" Yesterday I spoke to Amy who **** and said: My fibre was a "pre-order" - meaning that there is no fibre in the area yet. A PURE LIE. There is fibre in Houghton. Then I had Luigi tell me that he would handle it personally and that I could contact him directly, he gave me RSAweb's general business line. I WAS **** TO AGAIN. If you want people that constantly hand you off to someone else and no one is able to take RESPONSIBILITY - THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!
