Literally the WORST Internet Service Provider I've ever dealt with

Worst Service Provider I've ever had. Worse service I've ever had. Have been having issues with them from the get go. They started with a bang - first when the internet simply would not work if more than one device was connecting to the router. Which was only resolved after 3 visits from their technician and the replacement of the router they initially gave me. Then I had the joy of regular line drops with no warning, sometimes several times in one evening, especially between 1 and 2. Most recently I upgraded to a faster line and the line was still running on the old speed. After picking this up on speedtest on my side, I reported it to them and they are making me call and email them over and over while they run their tests, always passing me to the next agent. They have wasted my time, my patience and my airtime. Meanwhile support directly lies saying they tried to call me. Don't even call me back when the line drops and are blatantly misinformed as to several things MCSE related. I have never ever had this bad an experience in my life. Would not recommend this service to anybody. Use literally any other service provider, I even had a much better time using Telkom. As a streamer this has been an absolute nightmare, I thought I was making a good change when I switched to them but I could not have been more wrong. I can back all of this up with correspondence, call logs and email as well as speed test screen captures. After reporting the fault to them they also didn't even offer to refund me for the months charged at the higher linespeed which they did not give me and are blaming their service provider for. It's a big joke and I am still running at the slower speed. And guessing they won't be calling me back cause I'm sitting here waiting minutes after the line dropped which means I get to go and buy even more airtime so I can do their job for them and pay for it in the process. Fun times!! Can't wait to end this service, will be doing so at the first possible opportunity.
