Line speed PROBLEM

Line speed is sooooo slow it takes forever to get anything done. Nobody can be productive or efficient working on a 2Meg line speed when you pay for 50Megs. It is an ongoing problem with RSAWEB, and they can't tell you when it will be fixed. You don't get what you pay for and the service is terrible.
