lack of service , no client feedback

The service is horrible . I was a previous customer , tried Der lTe 1. the confirmation email did not come for my order , had to call three times before email was sent. 2. The courier sent my order bak cause I was unavailable telephonically , I work for a living and am never going to be always available mid day . they did not send a mail just sent the oder back. 3. RSA web cancelled mob order despite the fact the I rescinded to their email , telling them when I would be available for the courier . 4. they did return my money , however my issue is I made the order because I needed the service. I wasted my time and effort following up on a oder , when I could have just sourced another service provider .

their internal process are not streamlined . they do not get back to you telephonically nor vai email . and do not resolve issues . rather send you from pillar to post .
