Lack of service. Do you even care?

I placed an order for installation of Fibre 6 weeks ago for 1 April. I heard absolutely nothing from RSAWEB until I started contacting them a week ago. (I contacted them multiple times, because no one ever calls back after promising they would.) They assured me that everything was on track. On 1 April, no one arrived to do my installation. Mischka apparently only placed my order with the installers on Wednesday 31 March!!! So, my installation is now only happening on Tuesday 6 April, when I am supposed to be working! This is beyond pathetic service. If I did my job like this, I would be fired. However, I work for a company that knows how to provide customer service!
