Worst service ever. My connection has been off since mid Aug. I contact the provided and all they say is my service is active. How the hell?? I requested that a technician be sent to my property and all of a sudden there are no technicians in my area and I should use a 3rd party at my own expense. What the hell? *** service ever and try to cancel then you have to pay for everything that was installed but i was told i can cancel at anytime as its a month to month.. Hell no you cannot cancel.. **** service
