I've been struggling since the beginning of the year to get my Public IP Address renewed as I was blocked from playing GTA 5. After that, cloudfare started popping up and I was blocked from streaming services. I confirmed that my IP Address was added to a blacklist VIA mxtoolbox.com. I've logged numerous tickets with RSAWEB and after multiple attempts, they couldn't get it resolved so I just gave up. Today I tried again and Kez assisted with my issue swiftly and professionally. He got my Public IP address renewed ( Something that no one else I spoke to at RSAWEB could do) and within 30 minutes everything worked again.
