Interrupted internet

It has been months now I've been complaining about internet connection, it interrups the streaming to a point of irritation nothing streams properly and the divices keeps on showing lose off internet / internet restored. All I get from the call center is switch on and off but the problem remains, one device is on 5G and the TV is not even playing properly the rest is on 2.4 but still loose connection the worst internet I had honestly. The family keep on complaining.
