Internet speeds

I have been trying to get hold of a agent for the past hour now and still no response.

This is like the 5th time i am complaining about my internet speed being 5mb instead of 150mb which is my current speed. I experience internet drops on a daily basis i have even went as far as installing a lan cable directy into my pc but it still make no difference. I have be have a download running since this morning 11 nearly 7 hours later and only half way completed. This is really horrible service.
