Internet poor

Very disappointed with this company,I dnt have internet connection since Friday night, was told that it’s Openserves problem and will get help in 2 to 3 days,that’s unacceptable,our lives are at standstill we have no tv as we stream everything,Money wasted on buying data for our phones,RSAWEB needs to improve its relationship with Openserve we can’t be paying that much money only to be told technicians are booked in advance,I hope RSAWEB wnt charge me for the days I was not connected and they have to do better
