Internet line down for more than a month

Hi. I am very disgusted with the service I get from RSAWeb. I called them the 22 July 2015 for a internet line that is going up and down the hole time and the next moment the line is completely down for more than a month. Then one day out of the blue 24 August 2015 they phone me to say they see activity on the line and it looks like Telkom have fixed it, but the same night it started going up and down again.
