Internet keeps dropping every 30mins

My internet keeps dropping every 30mins, I get kicked out of important meetings. I have called and waited on the line for over 10mins, on 2 consecutive days. I have sent them a whatsapp. This is terrible for a service that charges me R725 per month. Last time I wrote a review they followed up after A MONTH! I highly discourage you from taking up RSA Web. I work from home and this is not acceptable.
