Your service is pathetic to say the least! You are blatantly *****ing money from my mother for 2 services!!! She moved to the Unit below and you cancelled her debit order for no reason and now you are charging her for two units of wifi???? what is wrong with you people???? The first service was cancelled on 28 November and now you are still billing her. You need to pay the money back to her for December and January!!!!!!!!!!!!!
