Increase my package without my consent

I have just been waiting whole day from a response from any rsaweb technician apparently i find out that they switched my account to a higher package from a 50/50 to a 100/100 without my consent and now i mus pay more how do companies in there right mind think they can just do things like this without contacting the client and believe u me i think its lies they jst want people to choose higher packages so they can get more money because why still offer the same package i have online on there website for 50/50 R755 and 100/100 R855 i do understand that everything increases bt theres are protocols to how things should be handled im really disappointed in there service and im thinking to cancel because theres a reason i chose this package to fit my budget
