Inconsideration and greed at its worst

When I signed for their Fibre the cheapest was R695 and in May prices went up to R755 which is ridiculous for someone staying alone. I then went on their website to check if I can downgrade to a lower speed which is gonna cost me R300 less than what I’m paying now. I reached to one of their sales representatives and asked them to downgrade and they told me downgrade is no longer available for existing vumatel clients with them and I fail to understand because it’s not like for the low speed my area isn’t covered this is just greed and inconsideration. This is why people end up not paying to the full term their contracts it’s because of ****mers like RSAWEB why don’t you consider people? Now if I cancel I will have to pay for 2 months R755 for a “month to month” subscription how the hell is that possible? No this is ridiculous and this is not the way to treat people.
