incomponant RSA web worst ever company

i would just like to say the worst service i ever came across i ordered a lte on the 23rd of desember 2024 and on the 8 off january i still did not recieve it so canselled the service asking for a refund there after i had numeris emails calls and live chats with them send my bank details every day and today the 24th of january i get a email again asking for my bank details and my refund will take a nother 5 to 7 working days this is the worst i have ever come across and most incompatant costermer service i have come across
