Terrible service, no internet connection for almost 24 hrs. They cannot give us any indication of what the issue is nor when it will be resolved but take the liberty of blaming @Vumatel. Typical of the bad service which is a standard it seems Resolution and proper customer service is required

According to the ticket number you provided we can see that this was a connection fault on Vumatel's line, and as per the faults procedures, the fault was resolved within the ETA confirmed. You were updated timeously with the progress of the fault and confirmation was provided by yourself that all was well with the connection after Vumatel deemed the fault resolved.
