Incompetence on another level

RSAWeb have got to be the most *********** orginisation I have ever had to deal with. They have changed my line speed and subsequent monthly premium without my authorisation. To try and resolve this has been an absolute nightmare and I was actually told by Razia Kagee that my request to downgrade would normally involve a fee!! How absurd is this statement considering the fact that I never asked for an upgrade in the first place. This is **************** and the sooner I can get shot of this lot the better.
