Incompetence of RSAWeb

I ordered fibre from RSAWEB about a month ago, paid for the first month of subscription but here I am sitting without any fibre. I have been in contact with multiple agents on What’s App to help activate my connection and I have been assured that my query will be attended to within 48hrs - it has passed and I have not received any form of communication from this “reputable” service provider.

If I had known how pathetic and *********** this service provider is I would not have opted to use them. I am appalled by the incompetence of a company that claims to be a cut above the rest - nonsense.

I would not recommend RSAWeb to anyone.
