Incompetence is never ending

I logged a complaint off the back of a double billing and incorrect cancellation. I asked to be emailed my complaint and resolution instead your member of staff have closed the email because I couldn't pick up my phone during work hours. I have had a back and forth with numerous of agents through phone and emails asking to speak to management. Instead I receive an email stating my case is closed. It's not over yet Rsa, you guys do not care about your customers. I have never seen this level of incompetence in a ISP.
