inadequate service/systems/ticketing tool

1. support team not very helpful 2. want you use there ticket system however this tool does NOT suite my needs as my address has two lines connected/active 3. so i reach out again via the chat services, zukisani.rala, takes my chat - i explain the two lines situation and zukisani.rala says they will cancel the service at my address! 4. ask zukisani.rala if they read my messages - then states(reads with lots of tone) that they are fully aware of my request 5. to avoid further errors i ask for written confirmation/to update my original ticket with the additional info - their is response is - is there anything else

i mean seriously can one not get proper service and why have a tool that does not offer/allow me to add info like there are 2 lines active at the address why can is it so difficult
