Impossible to cancel account (debit orders going off months after cancellation)

I don’t like writing negative public reviews but I am absolutely appalled by our situation. RSAWEB is currently *****ing our money. My husband has written evidence of cancelling two accounts with them (one in Oct & one in Dec) and they are still debiting my husband for both accounts. The initial person said she sees no active accounts in his name when he addressed it and that he should not be debited and referred us to the accounts team. They then said his account was never cancelled and are trying everything to turn it on us but we have proof of emails that we cancelled. They then sent a message saying that he was reminded of his debit orders (which he never got) so they forwarded it on and it’s addressed to a completely different person. So have we been paying for someone else’s internet? Absolutely shocking service & border line blatant theft. Avoid unless you never want to cancel your internet line.
