I'll lose my job due to your incompetence

I was promised to have a working Fibre line within 5 days, it has been 2 weeks since RSAWEB has told me this. The only time I receive communication is when I call them and I'm being told that my Fibre line in my new residence is active on someone else's account and they can't do anything about it until the ISP signs it off. I work remotely and my work depends on a high speed internet connection. Why not keep your promises? Why is no one calling or sending me an email? Why?
