If you want horrible customer service, you're in the right place.

I tried to sign up with my Sanlam Reality number. When that didn't work due to a technical error, I requested help from the helpdesk. Vuyani called and promised me all would be sorted by the time my line went live in March. That was in January.

It's now May 5th and I've submitted 3-4 help requests, asked their helpdesk for help and STILL THEY HAVEN'T REP**** TO MY REQUEST TO HAVE MY SANLAM DISCOUNT ACTIVATED. Forgive me for the all caps, but I'm so incredibly disappointed by this company. They pride themselves on their customer service but they lie to get the sale and then you're stuck with them with no support.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would.
