IF PATHETIC WAS A COMPANY IT WOULD BE RSAWEB

Completely pathetic service received from RSAWEB. This morning i received an sms stating I have an outstanding amount with them. I have not paid them for three months as per the consultant. But in the interim, I am receiving sms's from them telling me thank you for your payment but not 1 sms to say the premium has failed. Instead the consultant informs me that I requested an extention from them but for months I have not been in contact with them as I was under the impression that all is well and there are no issues. But to find an sms saying there is thousands of rands outstanding is rather pathetic. Their accounts department is useless and is not doing their work and now I am being held liable. A small problem which could have been prevented now became a big problem and now they are issuing me with sms of payments that is to be made. The fibre line has been active during all these months and had not been off for once. Not once have I called them to make any arrangements but now they throwing all on me. If no funds were received from my side I will do my part but this is definitely not how you go about doing business.
