I'd like to review Sibongile from RSAWeb.. Boy, what PATIENCE he had! Even after I got annoyed and frustrated because I don't speak COMPUTER very well. He stayed calm and just kept trying to help me as slow as I was. Well done. I'd almost lost faith in RSAWEB. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because the previous person told me to do a hard reset but without telling me how HORRIBLE it would be to reconnect! But Sibongile was amazing.
