I will never recommend RSA Web
RSAWeb service is pathetic! My fiber is down, I called, was on hold for 20 minutes. As per their voice recorded message, I made contact with then via their Whats App profile... guess what NO response.
I posted on their Facebook page, they respond and tell me to send them a DM. Surely as their customer, they should be calling me??
Is it not ironic how they are super efficient in debiting my account BUT when it comes to service they are slower than slow.
RSAWeb seriously needs to work on the customer service and experience.
