I was without wifi for 2 days

I was without wifi for 2 days . Not sure what the problem was. But after logging a ticket an agent by the name of Shuaib helped me via the whatsapp. He was patient with me (not tech savvie at all lol) He spoke me through the whole process which took about an hour to resolve. I commend this young man (no matter his age) for giving amazing customer service. It's people like you that make life somewhat easier....thank you again!!
