I was help by the Agent name Tashreeq from RSAWEB through WhatsApp...I am very happy and satisfied with his service and assistance...he tried by all means to help me to connect to the fibre(internet) today without hesitation...he explained (guided) to me step by step on what must I do...also he was patient and kind to me during the whole process...didn't mind explaining everything over and over again until I grasp/ comprehend it fully...I must say he is good at his job...may he keep up the good work...do the same and even more to other customers...#thanksalot
