*******!!! I want my money back!!!!

Your company overcharged me last month and was supposed to credit my account towards my next bill. This has not been done and you people will be charging me a different amount again next week!! This is *****ing!!! You guys are ******* and are ignoring my emails and all the million tickets that I have submitted. I want my money back and your customer service sucks!!! No one ever knows what is going on and just sends you off to another team member with no explanation and you have to repeat yourself a thousand times in one phone call. Your service is just going down the drain!!!!
