I switched to RSAWEB after having difficulties with other service providers. It's been a smooth ride till this week, when my internet connection was low for 3 consecutive days. Im talking about less than 1Mbps for a paid 20Mbps. Here i am in the evening trying to scream at someone from RSAWeb then they send me a link to contact them on WhatsApp this is around 20:00 and then their tech assistant just managed to resolve my issue within 15 minutes. I'm talking about service in the evening, talk about reliable customer care. Thanks Sbongile, 5star for you too.
