I must admit that I have been going back and forth with RSAWEB over the last couple of weeks. My sales consultant still has not responded to means I have been trying to configure my internet connection with 2 other consultants who weren't able to assist me until I reached Ayanda today who was incredibly helpful and talked me through each step and managed to find the issue and resolve it. I am connected now finally after nearly 2 weeks. Thank you Ayanda for sorting it out like you said you would :)
