I logged my complaint on the sight and was given a call immediately. A gentleman by the name of Bryce assisted me, he was patient, calm and friendly. He had a very good tone when speaking. His articulation was very good and clear. Overall it took him less than 5min to assist me and that was awesome. Great customer service. Thank you
