I have dealt with technical call centre agent Zainab with a connection issue. This was no easy feat as I am a network engineer myself. Zainab has gone over and above her call to resolve this issue. She resolved it with professionalism and confidence. Constantly keeping me informed of what's happening and what probable issues could be. I am very impressed with this service and her skill set that was at work here. Brilliant well done Zainab well done RSAWEB
