I HATE RSAWEB!!!! South Africa do not sign up with them

I e been STRUGGLING with RSAWEB fiber connection since the day I signed up with them and been through HELL with this ISP!

The customer service is horrible and technical support is even more pathetic. They open tickets and close it WITHOUT helping me and this is with EVERY contact I make with them!

ALL RSAWEB is good for… is debiting my bank account for POOR internet connection and THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
