I had a connectivity issues that I was struggling to resolve and spending a lot of time during the day doing trouble shooting instructions but then Keziah rep**** to my tweet and then called me back which saved a lot of back and forth to get down to the issue. She was able to keep my tasks to a minimum whilst she escalated in the background. She ended up resolving the issue with a new router that I was able to pick up, great service from Keziah
