I Got Billed Double for Monthly Fibre Account, RSA Web are ************ *******.
Totally Shocking Behaviour & got Billed Double for Monthly Fibre Account.My RSA Web was installed by Octotel contractors. Octotel was brilliant, RSA Web was also good until it came to Billing Issues.
Internet went Active on 27th August 2024. I got an invoice for R66.52. My monthly amount is R555, so the R89.52 pro-rate for the 5 days in August.
However on the 25th September 2024 I got debited R1199.52, daylight *******. I can't believe they were so dishonest, because I keep seeing ads online & on their website that they got Rated #1 ISP, I don't believe this BS.
