I experienced slow internet this morning

I experienced slow internet this morning. Reached out to RDAWeb via online chat, and Abomgile assisted me with clear instructions, and by sending a photo of my device, I was assisted with what to do. It was picked up that my LAN line was not plugged in correctly and got instructions where to look, etc. Very helpful experience.
