Horrible service even 1 star rating is too much

I want to share my terrible experience I have since weeks with RSA Web. Since two weeks we are experiencing issues with our Fibre internet. We work from home and it is constantly off and on. I have phoned 5 times have sent at least 10 emails without any outcome. The support does never know anything and is completely useless. All they do is taking our money every month and open tickets without any outcome. I am about to loose my job soon as my boss does not care if we have a useless internet provider. Half of the day I can't attend to meetings and not capable of working. All they doing is logging constant tickets and charging money for NO SERVICE received. I will NOT recommend to go with RSA web. ******* and no internet.
